Appointments

To make an appointment for your child with a provider at Novant Health Pediatrics South Ballantyne,:

• Call us at 704-384-1440 between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Use MyChart to schedule anytime online.

If your child is sick and would like to be see quickly, tell us when you call. We reserve same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients. 

Weekend appointments for sick children

You can make an appointment for a Saturday morning sick visit between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. by calling our office after hours and speaking to a triage nurse.
